2008 CCA Carve Along East

The Mystic Carvers Club is pleased to announce their sponsorship of the 2008 CCA Carve Along East.
The site will be the Alton B. Jones Annex of the University of Rhode Island. A Package price of $340.00 has been set, which includes the classes, room and board. The CCA Instructors are Peter Ortel, Harley Refsal and Joe You.

Bill Judt Relief Carving Classes

Summer 2008

W.F. (Bill) Judt is offering three relief carving workshops in the summer of 2008 at his fully equipped studio in beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Bill‘s studio is located at his home in the spacious residential area of College Park in Saskatoon. These workshops will be offered during the weeks of:

June 8-13
August 24-29

27th Annual Mid-South Woodcarving Show and Competition

The North Alabama Woodcarvers Association's (NAWA) 27th Annual Mid-South Show and Competition will be held November 8 and 9, 2008, at the Huntsville Depot Museum Roundhouse, Huntsville, Alabama. Booths for display and/or sales (no commission fee) are available for professional and amateur woodcarvers. Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded. A security guard remains in the Roundhouse all night.
