Bald Eagle

This is a complete shed moose antler, the eagle and the branches are all natural, not added. I completely removed the outer surface and internal sections of the antler to achieve the look. The piece was then finished with antler stain and clear acrylic.

Double Wing Bald Eagle

This is a matched set of antlers that I joined together with epoxy and screws, the screw holes were covered with antler epoxy. Many carvers add a wooden or bronze head to achieve this look but I wanted the piece to be completely antler. The piece is finished with acrylic paint and antler stain.

Barn Owl

This is a wall hanging low relief carving on the back side of a shed moose antler. I removed the brow tines on the front of the antler so it would hang flat on the wall. This piece is finished with acrylic paint and antler stain.

Canada Goose

Moose shed antler - Interpretive Canada Goose wall hanging using the complete shape of the antler for a wing affect, finished with acrylic paint.

Elk Antler

2”x 4” elk scene in a complete elk antler, finished with satin lacquer.

Falcon

Moose antler- This was a very unique thick moose antler. I removed two of the tines and used the shape and contour for this stylized falcon. Finished with acrylic paint and mounted on Tasmanian Eucalyptus Burl.

Golden Eagle

Moose shed antler with carved eagle head, wall hanging finished with antler stain and acrylic paint.

Trumpeter Swan

This was the first antler I completely stripped and painted. This was a very old heavily stained antler that sat for years. I was down to my last antler when this idea came to me, a forced perspective. It is finished with translucent white acrylic paint, black acrylic paint and mounted on granite.

Wild Horse

This piece was created using the complete palm of the moose antler, finished with antler stain.
