Bill Judt Relief Carving Classes

Summer 2008

W.F. (Bill) Judt is offering three relief carving workshops in the summer of 2008 at his fully equipped studio in beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Bill‘s studio is located at his home in the spacious residential area of College Park in Saskatoon. These workshops will be offered during the weeks of:
May 25-30
June 8-13
August 24-29

Cherry Ridge Carvers Fifth Annual Fall Carve In

September 26 to 28, 2008

Cherry Ridge Campgrounds, Honesdale PA

The weekend welcomes carvers of all levels, from beginner to experienced. There will be some instructors available. Last years classes included, Whimsical Homes in Cottonwood Bark, Alpine Relief, Tramp Art and others. The Club is planning on door prizes and other activities. The Fall Carve In offers many opportunities for woodcarvers to gather and share stories, experiences and successes.

If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend of woodcarving bring your tools and projects to Cherry Ridge Campgrounds, located in the Pocono Mountains of Northeast PA.

27th Annual Mid-South Woodcarving Show and Competition
November 8 & 9, 2008

The North Alabama Woodcarvers Association's (NAWA) 27th Annual Mid-South Show and Competition will be held November 8 and 9, 2008, at the Huntsville Depot Museum Roundhouse, Huntsville, Alabama. Booths for display and/or sales (no commission fee) are available for professional and amateur woodcarvers. Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded. A security guard remains in the Roundhouse all night.
