In late April of 2004, the Caricature Carvers of America will sell 25 original woodcarvings by its members through the eBay internet auction site. The carvings include the work of all current and plus one retired CCA member. Many collectors in the woodcarving community know that several members of the C.C.A. do not sell their work. Those members have submitted carvings exclusively for this sale. The carvings will be sold individually on eBay. Five to six carvings will be listed each week beginning in late April. All carvings will be offered individually and each will include a detailed description of the carving and a brief biography of the carver. This will be an opportunity that serious collectors will not want to miss. All interested bidders should register with eBay at (www.ebay.com) and be ready to join in the bidding. Watch the CCA web site for dates when specific carvings will be offered on eBay.
