Annual Show and Competition

Lexington, North Carolina
The Show is held in conjunction with the Lexington
BBQ Festival, held to celebrate Lexington's pork delicacy and
all its local talent. On average over the festival attracts crowds
of 100,000+, and has something for every member of the family
to enjoy. There will be carving demonstrations, a hospitality
suite for carvers and their families to relax , and refreshments
available.
Carvings will be accepted in 24 categories,
with each category divided into painted and natural categories.
3 Divisions are presented: Novice, Intermediate, and Open, based
on the carvers' past experience and show winnings.
